This will be an inspiring evening of transformation and moving through obstacles...in the quiet, gentle candlelit darkness. You'll tune into your heart as you quiet the noisy world by surrendering to the shadows and flickering candles for this sensory exploration of yoga, art, and meditation. By the end of the evening, you will have transformed in body, heart, & spirit and will have a gorgeous piece of art to illuminate your world. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes for yoga & art.

The feeling of finger paint on bare skin is electrifying. You'll create art on huge paper as you flow through seated postures. No yoga or art experience necessary–just an open heart. Women, men and older children welcome.
